摘 要:为了对蒸汽发生器的挠性管板等关键结构进行安全评定,根据一次结构法原理应用GB 150.3、GB/T 151等标准公式和SW6软件对各元件的一次应力及其连接结构的二次应力进行了应力解析计算和安全评估。结果表明,管板与壳体内壁连接处的径向弯曲应力往往是最大应力的所在,是校核设计的关键;一次结构法可用于本案例的管板设计,降低设备成本。文章应用SW6-2011软件,根据一次结构法原理对蒸汽发生器这类带折边挠性薄管板提出一种简便易行、安全可靠的强度设计新方法,可便捷地得到比通常应力分析方法更经济合理的设计结果。In order to make safety assessment on the key structures of steam generator such as the flexible tube sheet,primary stress of each part and the secondary stress of their join structures are calculated and also safety assessment are performed by software SW6-2011 according to the primary structure method specified in standard GB 150.3and GB/T 151.The results show that the maximum stress is the radial bending stress occurred at the joining part between tube sheet and shell.It is the key point for check design.The primary structure method can be applied to the tube sheet design in this case to reduce equipment costs.A new method for strength design of this flexible thin tube sheet with transition knuckle of such steam generator is put forwarded by using SW6-2011 software according to the principle of primary structure method.This method is not only simple and reliable but also can be applied to get more economic and more reasonable design results than those obtained from the normal stress analytical method.
