摘  要:针对某悬浮床加氢反应器内部柔性热电偶的断裂形态、工作环境以及安装固定情况,文章从热膨胀理论和有限元模拟两个方面,分析了热电偶断裂原因。研究表明,反应器内部结焦影响了热电偶的自由伸缩,使热电偶局部产生附加拉力和塑性变形。随着开停工次数的增加,热电偶局部塑性变形反复积累,最终发生断裂。根据断裂原因,制定并实施了保护热电偶的详细改进方案,其经济性和可行性在反应器实际运行中得到了验证。Aiming at the thermocouple morphology,working condition,installation and fixation,this paper analyzes the reasons for the thermocouple fracture in suspended bed reactor by using theory of thermal expansion and FEA respectively.Research indicates that the thermocouple can't expand freely with coke in the reactor;consequently,local thermocouple produces additional tensile stress and plastic deformation.The plastic deformation of the local thermocouple is accumulated with the increasing times of trial run and induces thermocouple fracture eventually.According to the fracture reason,detailed optimized plan for protecting thermocouple are made and implemented.The economical efficiency and feasibility of the plan is verified in the actual operation of the reactor.
