摘 要:根据对四川省某磷矿勘查区中低品位矿石所做的选矿试验,确定适合该矿区的选矿流程为正反浮选工艺流程,磨矿细度为-200目质量分数占92.30%,浮选温度25℃,在原矿品位为P_2O_518.85%时,获得的闭路工艺指标为,精矿产率65.10%,精矿品位P_2O_530.11%,回收率80.01%,MgO0.89%。结合相邻矿山的对比试验情况,采用正反浮选工艺流程具有较好的经济效益,适合该矿山的开发利用。on the basis of beneficiation tests on the mid-low grade phosphate ores in a phosphate survey area of Sichuan, an appropriate beneficiation flow for the mining district is deter- mined to be a direct and reverse flotation process with the fine- ness of grinding --200 mesh, the content accounting for 92.30 % and the flotation temperature 25 ℃. With the grade of crude ore being P2O5 18. 85 %, the close circuit process indexes are the con- centrate productivity ratio of 65.10%, the concentrate grade P2O5 30. 11%, the recovery rate 80. 01% and MgO 0. 89%. In combination with the performance of comparative tests done in the adjacent mine, the direct and reverse flotation process flow has good economic benefits and is suitable for exploitation and u- tilization in the mine.
