摘 要:矿泥是选矿过程中影响筛分、破碎、磨矿及浮选的主要有害因素。晋宁磷矿原矿P_2O_5品位为18.17%,MgO质量分数为4.34%,SiO_2质量分数为26.61%。原矿脱除-0.025mm级别的微细粒矿泥可使原矿P_2O_5品位提高1.14%,为19.31%,倍半氧化物(R_2O_3)可降低0.65%,为3.00%。通过未脱泥原矿与脱泥原矿浮选对比试验,脱泥原矿浮选指标均好于未脱泥原矿,且泡沫流动性好,浮选捕收剂用量较未脱泥原矿少20%左右。因此,晋宁磷矿脱除-0.025mm粒级矿泥后再浮选是可行的,既可以提高选矿指标又可以有效降低选矿成本。slime is a main harmful factor to affect screening, crushing, grinding and flotation in the beneficiation process. Jin- ning phosphate ore has a P2O5 grade of 18.17%, content MgO 4.34% and SiOz content 26.61%. Removing a fraction of 0. 025 mm slurry from the raw ore can make P2 O5 grade higher by 1.14% to 19.31% and sesquioxides ( R2O3 ) lower by 0.65 % to 3.00%. The flotation comparison tests on un-deslimed ore and deslimed ores showed that the flotation indexes of deslimed ore is better than un-deslimed ore, the flotation foam has good liquidity and the collector dosage of flotation is about 20% less than un- deslimed ore. Therefore, the process of flotation of Jinning phos- phate ore after removing a fraction of -0. 025 mm slurry is feasi- ble. It can not only enhance the beneficiation indicators but also effectively reduce the costs of beneficiation.
