摘 要:为了建立在不同开采条件下不同露天开采工艺之间统一的比较基础,提出露天开采工艺功密度的概念,从露天开采工艺的每个环节设备做功角度,系统分析了每种设备的做功特点,并推导出各种设备的做功计算公式以及功密度计算公式,然后根据各种工艺的特点将设备的功密度进行组合,计算出每种单一工艺的功密度,通过比较得出露天开采工艺功密度排序,为露天开采工艺的选择提供比较可靠的理论基础。The concept of work density for open pit mining technology was proposed to establish a unified comparison basis between different open-pit mining technologies in different mining conditions. From the point of doing work of equipment in each open pit mining link, the work doing characteristics of each kind of equipment was analyzed to derive the formula of work doing and work density for various equipment before calculating the work density for different mining technologies by combining the work density of equipment in light of characteristics of various technologies and the tanking of work density for open pit mining technology was obtained, providing a reliable theoretical founda- tion for selection of the open pit mining technology.
