一例雌性马来穿山甲(Manis javanica)生殖系统大体解剖

摘　　要：马来穿山甲(Manis javanica)是一种特殊的极度濒危动物,但其生殖系统结构一直未被描述。本文通过对在华南师范大学穿山甲人工救护与保育研究基地死亡的雌性马来穿山甲DY7进行大体解剖,对其生殖系统形态结构进行了描述。DY7生殖系统由卵巢、输卵管、子宫、阴道、尿生殖前庭、阴唇和阴蒂组成。子宫类型为双间子宫,纠正了以前其为双角子宫的说法。DY7左右两卵巢重均为0.30 g,长径分别为1.080 cm和1.026 cm,短径分别为0.860 cm和0.800 cm;左右输卵管长分别为3.150 cm和2.930 cm;左右子宫角长分别为5.472 cm和5.226 cm,子宫体和子宫颈长分别为0.470 cm和0.582 cm;阴道和尿生殖前庭长分别为1.990 cm和1.720 cm。本文对于了解马来穿山甲的繁殖习性、提高圈养马来穿山甲繁殖管理水平、发展人工繁殖技术具有重要意义。Sunda pangolin（Manis javanica）is a critically endangered species and the structure of its reproductive system is largely unknown.We studied the female reproductive system of Sunda pangolin by dissecting a pangolin that died in captivity at the Pangolin Research Base for Artificial Rescue and Conservation Breeding of South China Normal University.The reproductive system of Sunda pangolin DY7 consisted of ovary,fallopian tube,uterus,vagina,urogenital vestibule,labia,and clitoris.The uterus was bipartite,in contrast to earlier reports that it is bicornuate.Both ovaries weighed 0.30 g.The long-diameters of the left and right ovary were 1.080 cm and 1.026 cm,respectively,and the short-diameters were 0.860 cm and 0.800 cm,respectively.The length of left and right fallopian tubes were 3.150 cm and 2.930 cm,the left and right uterine horns were5.472 cm and 5.226 cm.The lengths of the corpus uteri and cervix uterus were 0.470 cm and0.582 cm.The vagina and urogenital vestibule were 1.990 cm and 1.720 cm,respectively.
