摘　　要：过高的轴电压会击穿轴承对地绝缘最薄弱的部位,从而形成轴电流,造成发电机关键部件的损坏。文章对轴电压和轴电流的防范给出了建议,在安装、运行阶段采用多种辅助措施将轴电压控制在合适的范围内,使其对发电机的破坏降到最低。Over high shaft voltage would breakdown the vulnerable parts of the bearing insulation against ground, resulting in the shaft current to destroy the key component of the generator. Prevention from shaft voltage and shaft current was suggested to apply various kinds of means to control the shaft voltage within a suitable range while installing and operating, decreasing the damage to the generator to a minimum.
