摘 要:针对用户在高压锅炉管使用过程中提出的在ASME标准要求的范围内将P92中铬质量分数的下限由8.5%提高至9.0%的需求,对ASME要求下限和上限两种质量分数的P92钢的常规性能、组织和高温长时性能均进行对比,并对不同加热温度下高铬质量分数P92中出现高温δ铁素体的量进行对比讨论。试验结果表明,铬质量分数提高能够提高P92的常温强度和高温持久强度,但降低常温冲击功和高温蠕变后的面缩率和伸长率,钢管在服役过程中发生无预警断裂的几率大大增加。同时控制高铬质量分数P92的加热温度能够控制高温δ铁素体的产生。According to the customer's requirements of increasing the minimum Cr content of P92 from 8.5% to 9.0%within ASME Standard for high- pressure boiler tube,the current study compared tensile property,microstructure and high temperature creep property with two different Cr contents,the upper limit and the lower limit. The amounts of high temperature δ-ferrite under different heating temperature have been tested and discussed for P92 steel with upper limit Cr content.The test showed that after increasing Cr content,the room temperature strength and high temperature creep strength will be enhanced while the impact property and the area reduction and elongation after high temperature creep reduced,thus,the probability of no-alarming cracking of tube under high temperature service will be highly enhanced.Controlling the heating temperature of P92 can control the formation of δ ferrite.
