摘 要:基于ANSYS和ANSOFT Maxwell软件建立了大型筒节感应加热正火过程的电磁-热耦合模型。针对感应加热过程尖角效应问题,提出了3种解决方案:将矩形线圈改为工型线圈;筒节端部焊接热处理环;筒节端部焊接热处理环,同时在线圈端部添加导磁体。对不同方案的温度场和应力场进行了模拟,模拟研究结果表明,采用矩形线圈对筒节感应加热时,筒节端部会因尖角效应和端部磁力线过密而出现过热甚至过烧问题;采用工型线圈,能一定程度削弱尖角效应,但在加热结束时会导致筒节端部温度不足;焊接热处理环是除去尖角效应的有效办法,但并不能解决筒节端部温度过高的现象;在筒节端部焊接热处理环,同时在端部线圈处添加导磁体,不仅能去除尖角效应,且整体加热效果较好,热应力也在筒节材料能承受的范围之内。The three dimensional electromagnetic- thermal model of heavy cylinder during induction heating process was established based on ANSYS and ANSOFT Maxmell software. Considering the problem of corner effect during induction heating,the following three solutions were proposed:Changing the rectangular coil to the I-type coil;Welding a heat-treatment ring at the end of the heavy cylinder;Welding a heat-treatment ring at the end of the heavy cylinder and also adding magnetic conductor at the end of the coil. The distribution of temperature and stress under different solutions were simulated in the current study. The simulation results show that the end of heavy cylinder would be overheated and burned because of the corner effect and the high magnetic flux density at the end of heavy cylinder when the rectangular coil was used for induction heating. The corner effect was weakened by using I-type coil during induction heating process,but it caused the insufficient temperature at the end of heavy cylinder after heating. Welding heat-treatment ring at the end of the heavy cylinder was an effective method to remove the corner effect,but the end of the heavy cylinder was still overheated. By welding heat-treatment ring at the end of the heavy cylinder and also adding magnetic conductor at the end of the coil,not only could the corner effect be removed,but also the overall heating effect was improved. Meanwhile,the thermal stress was acceptable for the heavy cylinder material.
