摘  要:湖州华润万家商场采用钢-混凝土混合结构体系。多层混合结构中钢桁架的选型不仅要满足桁架自身的受力要求,还需考虑其对结构整体抗震性能的影响。给出了三种桁架结构布置方案,并对其进行分析比较,发现在满足受力前提下,桁架应尽可能减少斜腹杆数量,避免结构产生薄弱层和软弱层。钢桁架支座节点连接及受力复杂,经研究采用构造简单且密实度较高的铸钢节点;桁架跨间节点则采用带内隔板的钢板节点,为减少焊缝数量,节点两侧板件均采用整块钢板;对所有节点进行了有限元分析计算,确保受力满足设计要求。建立带弹性楼板的钢桁架分析模型,并与独立钢桁架分析模型进行了比较,发现楼板可降低桁架杆件的内力,但自身内力会相应增加,楼板设计时需考虑此附加内力的影响。The structure of Huzhou Huarun store adopts steel-concrete hybrid system. Form selection of steel truss in hybrid structure is not only to meet mechanical requirements of the truss itself,but also take into account the effect on seismic behavior of overall structure. Three kinds of truss structures were given,analysis comparison shows reducing the number of diagonals in truss is help to avoid shaping weak layer and soft layer in structure under the premise of satisfied stress. The connection and stress of steel truss support are complex,cast steel node with simple construction and high density was adopted after research. Steel plate nodes with inner spacer plate were used for the truss span joints,two sides of the joints were all made of whole piece steel plate in order to reduce the number of welds. Finite element analysis was performed on all nodes to ensure the force meets the design requirements. The analysis model of steel truss with elastic slab was established and compared with the independent steel truss,it shows that slab can reduce the internal force of the truss,but its internal force will be increased,so design of the slab should consider the influence of additional internal force.
