摘 要:以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和钛酸四正丁酯为前驱体,对静电纺丝法制备的TiO_2纳米纤维进行不同温度的热处理,得到混晶TiO_2纳米纤维,并进一步在不同浓度的AgNO3溶液中通过光还原法制备了Ag-TiO_2复合纳米纤维.利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、紫外可见漫反射光谱、荧光光谱等分析测试手段对产物进行表征,研究了热处理温度与不同Ag负载量的TiO_2纳米纤维对罗丹明B降解性能的影响.实验结果表明,当热处理条件为600℃反应1h时,TiO_2纳米纤维具有最佳光催化活性,此时纤维中锐钛矿与金红石的质量比为93∶7;负载适量的Ag可显著提高TiO_2纳米纤维的光催化活性,其对罗丹明B光催化降解反应的表观速率常数k值为商用TiO_2(P-25)的3.81倍.In this paper,co-crystalline TiO2 nanofibers were fabricated via electrospinning with post-calcination using polyvinylpyr-rolidone and tetra-n-butyl titanate as precursor,and Ag loaded TiO2 nanofibers were subsequently prepared with photo-reduction. The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,UV-vis absorption spectra and photolu-minescence spectra,and the photocatalytic activities of these samples were tested through photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B aqueous solution.The results show that the TiO2 nanofibers calcined at 600 ℃ exhibit superior photocatalytic activity,in which the mass ratio of anatase and rutile is about 93∶7.The photocatalytic activities of TiO2 nanofibers were obviously improved by appropriate amount of Ag loading and the apparent rate constant,k,of the Ag-TiO2 nanofibers for degradation of rhodamine B is about 3.81 times of that of commercial TiO2 P-25.
