摘　　要：目的:探讨《医疗用毒性药品管理办法》实施20余年以来出现的新问题,提出若干修订建议。方法:实证分析当前国内医疗用毒性药品(以下简称毒性药品)的定义、品种界定、生产和使用等几方面存在的突出问题。结果:《医疗用毒性药品管理办法》已经无法满足新形势下行政监管和企业发展的需要,部分条款已经不具有可操作性。结论:应及时修订《医疗用毒性药品管理办法》,加强毒性药品的监督管理。OBJECTIVE To investigate new issues emerged during implementation of Management Methods of Medical Poisonous Drugsfor more than twenty years.METHODS An empirical analysis of current outstanding problems about medical poisonous drugs was performed from several aspects including definition,varieties,production,etc.RESULTS Management Methods of Medical Poisonous Drugs was unable to meet the demands of administrative supervision and enterprise development.CONCLUSION Management Methods of Medical Poisonous Drugsshould be revised to strengthen supervision of medical poisonous drugs.
