摘　　要：目的:探讨注射泵计量质量控制方法,提高注射泵检测的准确率。方法:利用两台注射泵检测仪对医院临床科室新购置、在用以及维修后的注射泵进行检测。通过分析注射泵检测的流量不准、错误报警及无法确定限值等不合格项,采取使用配套的注射器和输液管、及时维修以及与厂方联系等方法,对注射泵进行质量控制。结果:注射泵的计量质量控制,保证了注射泵的临床使用安全和量值准确。结论:注射泵的计量质量控制至关重要,应及时解决检测中出现的质量问题,保障临床安全使用,为患者提供可靠的服务。Objective：To improve the accuracy of detection and quality control of the injection pumps. Methods：Two injection pump testers were used to detect the injection pumps which were new purchased, in used and maintained in our hospital clinical departments. By analyzing the syringe pump detection nonconformity, such as inaccurate flow, false alarm, undefined threshold and so on, measures of using the matched syringe and infusion tube, maintaining the equipment timely, contacting with manufacturers were taken to solve these problems and to make a quality control to the injection pumps. Results： The safety of clinical application and accuracy of magnitude were ensured. Conclusion：It has been found that the quality control and metering of the injection pump is very important. Only by settling the issues in detection timely can we guarantee the safety of clinical application and provide reliable service for patients.
