摘　　要：证据显示呼吸机外表面的致病微生物污染是发生院内感染的重要原因之一。因此,在分析呼吸机外表面致病微生物的种类、分布及生存情况的基础上,比较不同消毒模式对呼吸机外表面不同致病微生物的消毒效果,针对有效进行呼吸机外表面消毒阐述呼吸机外表面消毒与院内感染的关系。Nosocomial infections usually cause morbility and death in intensive care unit. It showed the contamination of pathogenic microorganisms on surface of mechanical ventilator system is a high risk factor for nosocomial infections. In this review, effects of different disinfection methods for various of pathogenic microorganisms were analyzed based on the population distribution of microbes on the surface of mechanical ventilator systems. Some advice was proposed for the surface disinfections and the relationships between nosocomial infections and disinfection of mechanical ventilator system surface were analyzed.
