摘 要:目的:探讨微观健康管理对离退休老年高血压患者居家饮食不良习惯的改善效果。方法:对39例离退休老年高血压患者及其家属应用微观健康管理步骤,以"中国老年人平衡膳食宝塔"指导进行居家善食干预。干预3个月后评价离退休老年高血压患者居家饮食状况、血压、体重指数、腰围和血脂的变化。结果:干预3个月后老年高血压患者对膳食行为得到纠正(蔬菜、水果、奶类及奶制品的摄入量增加,烹调油、食盐和畜肉的摄入量减少),与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);同时血压均值明显下降(收缩压均值下降了1.37kPa,舒张压均值下降了0.45kPa,脉压均值下降了0.92kPa),总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯均下降,且与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:微观健康管理不仅可以持续强化离退休老年高血压患者对不良饮食习惯的认识,同时改善不良饮食行为对疾病的影响,从而使患者居家饮食行为更加科学。Objective:To investigate the effect of health micromanagement on improper eating habits of retired hypertensive cadres living at home.Methods:39retired cadres with hypertension and their family members were recruited into health micromanagement,under the guidance of " The Chinese Old People Balanced Diet Pagoda" to conduct dietary intervention at home.After three months,the dietary status at home,the patients' blood pressure,body mass index,waistline and the change of blood lipid were evaluated.Results:Three months after intervention of micromanagement,39 patients consume more vegetables,fruits,milk and milk products,but less cooking oil,salt,and meat(P〈0.05).Meanwhile,the mean blood pressure decreased significantly.The mean systolic blood pressure decreased by 1.37 kPa.The average diastolic blood pressure dropped by 0.45 kPa.The mean value of pulse pressure fell by 0.92 kPa.And the total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglycerides were decreased too.There was statistical significance before and after the intervention(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Health micromanagement not only could strengthen the understanding of elderly patients on healthy eating habits,it also significantly correct the influence of improper eating behavior on the healthy condition of the elderly patients.
