摘  要:大型储罐在海洋工程领域的应用日益广泛,海洋平台大型储罐与陆地大型储罐最大区别在于海洋平台大型储罐在地面制造,但其在就位安装时需吊装至平台。因此,吊耳的安全显得尤为重要。与普通吊耳不同,大直径薄壁储罐吊耳的设计,由于受限于焊角尺寸,需要进行加强板焊缝及吊耳焊缝强度的计算以确定吊耳尺寸。基于此,作者针对大直径薄壁储罐用于吊装的吊耳设计,提出一种解析计算方法,并且计算出直径范围6 000-10 000mm的吊耳尺寸,为工程实践提供参考。Large storage tanks are receiving increasingly widespread application in the field of marine engineering.And the biggest difference between large storage tanks for marine platform and land storage tanks is that the large storage tanks need to be lifted to the platform when they are installed.So,the safety of the lifting lug is particularly important.In the design of lifting lug for storage tanks with large diameter and thin wall,it is necessary to calculate the welding intensity of lifting lug and reinforcing pad to confirm the lifting lug size due to the limitation by the size of fillet welding,which is different from the design of common lug.Based on these,this paper presents an analytical calculation method for the lifting lug design of storage tanks with large diameter and thin wall and calculates the lifting lug sizes ranging from 6 000 mm to 10 000 mm diameter,which provides reference for engineering practice.
