摘  要:文章对腐蚀严重的空气预热器低温段热管及其腐蚀产物进行理化检验,结合该装置空气预热器的结构形式、工艺操作以及燃烧产物等综合因素,通过科学分析,找到了热管腐蚀的原因。同时对空气预热器入口、出口及本体多个采样点的取样分析,计算出烟气氧含量,确认预热器出口低温段存在较大量的过剩空气,进一步验证了其腐蚀形成的过程及理论机理。最终结合装置实际操作情况,提出了防范措施及改进意见。This paper makes physical and chemical inspection on the low-temperature heat pipe of the air preheater with serious corrosion and the corrosion products.Combining with the comprehensive factors such as the structure and type of the air preheater,process operation and combustion products,the reasons for the corrosions of the heat pipe are found out through scientific analysis.Meanwhile,the paper makes sample analysis on multiple sampling points from the inlet,outlet and the air preheater itself and calculates the flue gas oxygen content.It is confirmed that large amount of excess air exists in the low-temperature section of the preheater outlet.And the formation process and theory of corrosion are further verified.In the end,combining with the actual operation of the device,the paper puts forward the preventive measures and improvements.
