油浆蒸汽发生器外头盖法兰频繁泄漏的原因分析及治理

摘　　要：重油催化裂化装置油浆蒸汽发生器操作工况温差变化大,操作压力高,在实际操作过程中,该设备外头盖法兰出现频繁泄漏的情况,致使装置降量低负荷生产,严重影响装置长周期运行。文章从该设备检修现场实际出发结合法兰密封面初始加工缺陷、热变形、螺栓材质问题以及螺栓预紧力不均等方面详细查找油浆蒸汽发生器泄漏的原因,并综合制定解决措施,从而解决油浆蒸汽发生器外头盖法兰泄漏这一生产隐患,保证重油催化裂化装置安全平稳长周期运行。The larger temperature difference and higher operating pressure and temperature result in frequent leakage of the outer cover flange in the slurry oil steam generator of residue fluid catalytic cracking unit in the process of actual operation.As a result,the process unit has to be operated at low load,which affects the long-term operation of the unit seriously.Combining with the initial manufacturing defects,thermal deformation,bolt material and uneven bolt preload,this paper scrutinizes the reasons for the leakage of the slurry oil steam generator according to the actual overhaul site of the unit.Then it makes comprehensive solutions.Thus,the hidden production danger of the leakage of outer cover flange in slurry oil steam generator is eliminated.This ensures the long-term stable and safe operation of the RFCCU.
