摘  要:针对目前刚投放市场的一款全自动手机触屏封装点胶机,其固化台送料机构在工作过程中容易出现产品移位,传动机构工作不够稳定的问题,通过对固化台工作原理的分析,找出了使产品出现位移的具体原因,并采用机械传动代替气压传动,提高了传动机构的稳定性,受到设备制造商的肯定,以及设备使用厂商的青睐.具有推广应用价值.Taking a full automatic touch-screen package dispensing machine as an example, targeting at the easily displacem- ent of the machine part of its curing station for material transmission, and the unstable working of the transmission part, this article analyses the working principle of the curing station, trying to find out the specific reasons of the displacement, and using the mechanical drive instead of pneumatic transmission to improve the stability of the transmission mechanism, which has been affirmed by the equipment manufacturers and are with the value of popularization and application.
