摘  要:制备了一种海藻酸钠/魔芋葡甘露聚糖(KGM)/羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)三元共混膜,研究了三种多糖的共混比例;用红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对共混膜的结构进行了表征,并通过测定不同配比共混膜的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、吸水保水性能,确定了最佳配比。研究结果表明,共混膜中海藻酸钠、魔芋葡甘露聚糖和羧甲基纤维素钠三种多糖分子之间存在一定的相互作用,具有良好的相容性;三者的最佳共混比例为3.2:0.3:0.4。制备的共混膜外观平整均一,力学性能好,且具有优良的吸水保水性能,在生物材料、医用材料领域具有潜在的应用价值。A blended membrane is prepared by coagulation of sodium alginate, konjac glucomannan (KGM) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) in an aqueous solution . And the optimum ratio of sodium al- ginate, KGM and CMC is studied as well. The structural characterization of the prepared blended film is implemented by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). And the optimum ratio is determined by comparing fracture elongation, moisture absorption and moisture retention. The interaction of sodium alginate, konjac glucomannan and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in polysaccharides has a good compatibility. The optimum ratio of sodium alginate, KGM and CMC is 3.2: 0.3: 0.4. The surface of the blended film is smooth and uniform, the fracture elongation is good, and the moisture absorption and moisture retention are excellent.
