摘  要:为提高栀子黄与纤维间的亲和力,改善上染性能,对桅子黄进行化学改性,即将结构中的配糖基水解以提高疏水性。优化了栀子黄的化学改性条件,并将改性前后栀子黄分别上染阳离子改性棉织物,测试染色样品的日晒牢度、摩擦牢度及耐汗渍牢度。结果表明:在正丁醇用量为80 mL/0.5 g栀子黄,氢氧化钠用量为0.09 g/0.5 g栀子黄,于70℃改性反应4.0 h后,栀子黄染色样品的耐酸/碱汗渍牢度、湿摩擦牢度及耐日晒牢度相较于未改性前均提高了1级。In order to improve dyeing properties, gardenia yellow is chemically modified for enhancing the affinity between dyes and cationic modified cotton. The sugar-moiety in the matrix of gardenia yel- low is hydrolyzed for higher hydrophobicity. Optimization of the modification conditions is performed. The corresponding parameters of the dyed samples, such as light fastness, rubbing fastness and color fastness to perspiration are evaluated respectively. The results show that the optimal modification condi- tion is 0.5 g gardenia yellow reacting with 80 mL n-butyl alcohol and 0.09 g sodium hydroxide at 70 ℃for 4.0 h. It is found that the fabrics dyed with modified dyes have better properties, since the perspiration fastness, wet rubbing fastness and light fastness can all be improved by one grade.
