摘 要:离子液体是由阴阳离子组成,在室温下呈现液态的熔融盐,是一种新兴的绿色溶剂和性能优良的催化剂,但成本较高、用量大、不易分离等缺点限制了其广泛应用。目前解决方法之一就是将离子液体负载在无机或有机固体材料上。该实验以MCM-41分子筛为载体,采用化学法制备负载型高铼酸盐离子液体,并采用FT-IR、TG、XRD和N2吸附脱附对制备的负载型离子液体进行了表征和分析。结果表明,离子液体成功键合在MCM-41表面,其分解温度在280~680℃,虽然MCM-41负载离子液体后孔径尺寸和比表面积有所降低,但体相结构没有被损坏。Ionic liquid (IL) is a type of molten salt at room temperature which are composed of anions and cations. It is a novel kind of green solvent and catalyst with excellent performance. However, it is limited to be widely used in different fields because of high price, large dosage, inconvenient separation. One of the effective approaches is to immobilize the ionic liquid on inorganic or organic solid material. Supported perrhenate ionic liquid was prepared using MCM-41 zeolites as carrier by chemical method in this paper. The supported ionic liquid was characterized and analyzed by FT-IR, TG, XRD and nitrogen adsorptiow desorption. The results showed that the ionic liquid was successfully bonded to the surface of MCM-41, and the decomposition temperature of the supported ionic liquid was between 280~680 ℃. Although the pore size and specific surface area of MCM-41 decreased after loading IL, its bulk structure was not damaged.
