摘 要:采用HPL-1型催化剂,在小型加氢装置中对4种劣质柴油进行加氢脱硫反应,考察了反应温度、反应压力、体积空速和氢油体积比对脱硫率的影响,并进行了反应动力学的研究。结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为:反应温度360℃、反应压力7.0 MPa、体积空速1.0h-1、氢油体积比800∶1;该条件下劣质柴油加氢脱硫率最高,可达96.57%。通过修正压力、氢油体积比、体积空速等参数,建立了劣质柴油0.5级动力学模型,通过检验发现,4种劣质柴油硫质量分数的实验值和模拟值的吻合性较好。The hydrogen desulfurization of four kinds of low-quality diesel oils using HPL-1 as was studied on a small-sized hydrogenation unit. The reaction kinetics and the effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, volume space velocity and volumetric hydrogen/oil ratio on desulfurization rate have been investigated. The results showed the optimal hydrodesulfurization condition as follows: reaction temperature 360 ℃, pressure 7.0 MPa, space velocity 1.0 h-1, and volumetric hydrogen/oil ratio 800 : 1. Under this condition, the low-quality diesel desulfurization rate can be reached up to 96.57%. Moreover, a 0.5 order kinetic model for low-quality diesel was setabilished based on the factors of pressure, hydrogen/oil ratio and space velocity parameters correction. The results indicate that the experimental values and simulation values are in good coincide for four kinds of low-quality diesel sulfur content.
