摘  要:研制了一种可变电感器,其铁心芯柱中嵌入能控制磁通的旋阀,旋阀融合了蝶阀和球阀的概念,阀芯由非铁磁质阀板和铁磁质阀板夹构成,可以通过调节阀板的法线与铁心主磁通方向的夹角来改变旋阀铁磁质的有效截面造成局部饱和来控制磁阻。旋阀被串接于工频80m H电感器主磁路中构成可变电感器,便能够在17~79m H的范围内对电感量进行直接、实时和平滑地调节。该可变电感器没有外加电生直流或交流磁动势,避免了偏磁或特定次谐波所造成的损耗和电磁干扰;没有空气间隙,减小了气隙带来的噪音和振动。文中提供了实验波形,达到了实验结果与理论分析互相验证的效果。This paper proposed a continuous adjustable inductor magnetic flux device by rotary valve structure. The rotary valve is composed of valve housing, valve seat and a valve core, incorporating the concept of butterfly valves and ball valves. In a magnetic component, flux seat valve is connected in tandem with valve housing and seat in soft magnetic core to form a series circuit, valve core body is constituted by non-ferromagnetic valve plate and ferromagnetic valve plate folder. The valve core can revolve around valve shaft to do continuous angular displacement and angular positioning. Changing the plane's normal vector and the angle between the main flux core of magnetic component can be directly and continuously altering valve reluctance rate, showing the magnetic flux changing status. The example of the adjustment range is within the range of 17~79m H, connected in a 80 m H/16 A inductor with 50 Hz. The continuous adjustable inductor does not require coil tap and power swich, additional coil and associated converter, and can reduce noise, vibration and electromagnetic interference brought about by core air gap. The paper provided experimental waveform, and the experimental results and theoretical analysis can verify each other.
