摘 要:研究了阻燃剂三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)/氧化锑(Sb_2O_3)和石墨烯(GP)对玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚酰胺6(PA6)复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,MCA/Sb_2O_3(质量比为70/30)的加入改善了PA6和GF的相容性,与不添加阻燃剂的PA6/GF相比,当MCA/Sb_2O_3含量为30份时,复合材料的强度、刚性和阻燃性能显著提高;GP的加入对PA6/GF的力学性能影响不大,但阻燃性能明显提高,当GP的含量为0.3份时,复合材料的极限氧指数达到30.1%,阻燃等级达到UL 94 V-0级;GP在PA6/GF的燃烧过程中具有促进炭化和发泡双重作用。This article reported the flame-retardant effect of melamine cyanurate (MCA)/antimony oxide (Sb2O3)/graphene on glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide 6 (PA6) composites. The introduction of MCA and Sb2O3 enhanced the compatibility of PA6 and glass fiber (GF) at a weight ratio of 70/ 30, and the mechanical strength, rigidity and flame-retardant properties of the composites were improved significantly with addition of 30 phr of MCA/Sbz03 mixture. The addition of graphene almost did not affect the mechanical performance of the composites but enhanced their flame retardant properties remarkably. The composites achieved a limiting oxygen index of 30. 1 vol% and UL94-V0 classification with addition of 0. 3 phr of graphene, which promoted both carbonization and foaming action during the combustion of the composites.
