摘  要:通过内燃机高海拔模拟试验台进行了二级可调增压柴油机不同海拔和工况性能试验,研究了高压级可变截面涡轮增压器(VGT)叶片开度对二级可调增压柴油机性能的影响,得到了不同海拔全工况VGT叶片最佳开度脉谱.结果表明:在不同海拔下,大负荷工况VGT叶片最佳开度随转速增加逐渐增大,中、小负荷工况VGT叶片最佳开度随转速增加先减小后增大;随海拔升高,相同工况下的VGT叶片最佳开度逐渐减小;与单级增压柴油机相比,海拔5.5,km二级可调增压柴油机最大转矩和标定功率分别提高了11.0%,和11.8%,,低速转矩平均提高了31.1%,,适应性系数提高了19.2%,,最低燃油消耗率和低速时燃油消耗率分别降低了4.8%,和15.3%,;不同海拔高、低压级增压器与柴油机的联合运行线均位于压气机较高效率区.Combustion and performance of diesel engine equipped with RTST were studied under different operating conditions and altitudes, the effect of openings of high-pressure VGT vane on the combustion and performance of diesel engine equipped with RTST were studied, and the MAPs of optimum VGT opening were also obtained under the whole operating conditions and altitudes. Results show that, at a certain altitude, the optimum VGT openings increase with the increase of engine speed under high load condition, and decrease firstly and then increase with the increase of engine speed under medium and lower load conditions. The optimum VGT openings decrease with altitude under the same operating conditions. Compared with single-stage turbocharged diesel engine, at altitude of 5.5 kin, the maximum torque, the rated power, the torque at lower engine speeds and the adaptive coefficient of two-stage turbocharged diesel engine increase by 11.0%, 11.8%, 31.1% and 19.2% respectively, while the minimum fuel consumption rate and mean fuel consumption rate under lower engine speeds decrease by 4.8% and 15.3% respec- tively. The operating points of both high and low compressors of TST are located at high efficient region at different altitudes.
