摘 要:为增强巷道超前液压支架抵抗冲击能力,有效支护巷道,防止煤矿冲击地压灾害发生,设计一种六边薄壁吸能防冲构件安装在支架顶梁上方来提高支架抵抗冲击能力。对构件的吸能防冲特性进行数值模拟计算,结果表明:径向压缩下六边薄壁吸能防冲构件具有非常稳定的变形破坏模式、较为恒定的反作用力和较高的冲程效率,构件尺寸、材料对冲程效率和载荷波动系数影响较小;构件通过塑性变形吸收能量;在有效变形让位行程内,吸收能量随压缩距离增加而线性增加。构件压溃载荷峰值、平均压溃载荷和总吸能均随壁厚增加,有类似于二次函数的增大趋势;构件压溃载荷峰值、平均压溃载荷、总吸能均随长度和材料屈服强度增加而线性增大;构件压溃载荷峰值和平均压溃载荷随内边长增加而减小;研究结果可为构件尺寸和材料选取提供依据。In order to enhance the capacity of the pilot hydraulic powered support in the mine gateway to resist the mine pressure bump and the gateway effective support to prevent the mine pressure bump disaster occurred, a hexagonal thin-wall energy absorption and impact pre- vention component installed on the canopy of the powered support was designed to improve the bump resistance capacity of the powered support. A numerical simulation calculation was conducted on the energy absorption and impact prevention features of the component. The results showed that under the radial compression, the hexagonal thin-wall energy absorption and impact prevention component would have a very stable deformation failure mode, a quite constant reaction force and high stroke efficiency. The dimension and material of the compo- nent would have a less influence to the stroke efficiency and load fluctuation coefficient. With the plastic deformation, the component could absorb the energy. Within the effective stroke of the deformation and yield, the absorbed energy would be increased in liner with the compression distance increased. With the wail thickness increased, the crushing peak toad of the component, average crushing load and the total energy absorption would be increased in linear with the length and material yield strength increased. The crushing peak load and aver- age crushing toad of the component would be decreased with the internal side length increased. The sturdy results could provide the basis to the selection of the component size and material.
