摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加载铜蒙脱石对肉鸡生长性能和养分表观利用率的影响。试验采用完全随机设计,将180只1日龄AA肉鸡随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复6只鸡(公母各半)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮基础上分别添加0.1%和0.2%的载铜蒙脱石。试验期42 d,分为1~21日龄和22~42日龄两阶段。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,肉鸡平均体重(ABW)、平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)随载铜蒙脱石添加量的提高而提高。(2)添加0.2%载铜蒙脱石组较对照组21日龄ABW提高7.1%(P〈0.10),1~21日龄ADG提高7.5%(P〈0.10);干物质、总能和粗蛋白质的消化率分别降低2.7%、2%和6.6%(P〈0.05)。1~21日龄ADFI和F/G,22~42日龄ABW、ADG和F/G,以及钙和磷的表观利用率无显著影响(P〉0.05)。(3)添加0.2%的载铜蒙脱石组十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度、回肠隐窝深度显著增加(P〈0.05),对空肠和回肠绒毛高度、空肠隐窝深度、空肠和回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度,对盲肠大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和乳酸杆菌数量,及肝脏中铜、铁、锰、锌含量均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加载铜蒙脱石可改善肉鸡的生长性能。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of copper-bearing montmorillonite on the growth performance and apparent nutrient availability of broilers.A total of 180 1-day-old Arbor Acres broilers were randomly as- signed to 3 treatments with 10 replicate of 6 each (3 male and 3 female ) .The basal diet served as the control group,and the other two treatments diets were formulated by adding copper-bearing montmorillonite (0.1%,0.2%)to the basal diet. The experiment consisted of 2 periods (1 - 21 day and 22 - 42 day of age).The results showed as follows: (1)Compare with the control group,the average body weight (ABW),average daily gain (ADG)and average daily feed intake (ADFI) were increased with the increment of copper-bearing montmorillonite.(2)The diets supplemented with 0.2% copper-bear- ing montmorillonite group significantly improved ABW at 21 days by 7.1%(P 〈 0.10),ADG of 1 - 21 day increased by 7.5%(P 〈 0.10).The apparent utilizations of energy,crude protein and dry matter were significantly reduced by 2.7%, 2% ,6.6% (P 〈 0.05 ). (3)The diets supplemented with 0.2% copper-bearing montmorillonite group significantly increased the ratio of villous height to crypt depth of duodenal and the crypt depth of ileum (P 〈 O.05).No significant effect was found in Escherichia cali,Salmonella and Lactic acid bacillus count in ceeum (P 〉 0.05 ).The addition of copper-bearing montmorillonite had no effect on the deposition of copper,iron,manganese,and zinc in liver of broilers (P 〉 0.05).In con- clusion, diets supplemented with copper-bearing montmorillonite can promote the growth performance of broilers.
