摘  要:研究了不同硅铝比的 β沸石担体及引入的金属助剂对苯胺合成二苯胺的影响。试验结果表明 :适宜硅铝比的 β沸石显示出独特的催化活性及反应稳定性 ,引入的金属助剂明显改善了催化剂的反应性能。改性 β沸石制备的FD - 2 0催化剂 ,在反应压力为 4.0MPa ;体积空速为 0 .2h-1;V(H2 ) /V(苯胺 )为 2 5 0 ;在反应温度 30 0~35 0℃范围内 ,苯胺单程转化率大于 2 5 % ,二苯胺选择性大于 95 % ,催化剂一次周期寿命大于 15 0 0h ,并可多次再生 ,催化剂无腐蚀性 ,具有良好的活性稳定性及可再生性 ,实现了二苯胺合成的连续化。催化剂经逐级放大 ,具有良好的重复性 ,其反应性能优于国外同类催化剂水平 ,已投入工业应用 。The effect of using different β zeolite supports with various Si/Al ratio and metal promotes on catalytic performance had been studied. The experimental results show that the modified β zeolite has special catalytic activity and stability and catalytic performance was improved by introducing metal promotes. The catalyst(FD.20) made in this method exhibits a good activity and stability with aniline conversion of above 25%,diphenylamine selectivity of above 95% and a lifespan of 1 500 hours under the reaction condition of 4.0 MPa;LHSV 0.2 h -1;V(H_2)/V(aniline)=250;reaction temperature 300~350 ℃.The catalyst can be produced without corrosion and can be regenerated several times. After scale-up it obtained good repetition and reaction performance better than other similar catalyst overseas. It has made considerable economic and social profits after being commercialized.
