摘 要:提出一种采用高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层的预制空心楼板整体化技术,并进行了4组高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层整体化后的预制空心楼板平面外承载力试验,以及6组整体化后的预制空心楼板平面内抗剪试验,结果表明:预制空心楼板采用高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层整体化技术处理后,能够抵御水平向地震作用以及支撑墙体局部坍塌导致的楼板分散坍塌。高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层整体化技术是一项廉价、高效的整体化技术,适用于地震设防地区甚至是强震设防区对装配整体式预制空心楼板的整体化处理。A new technique for precast hollow floor integrity, the high performance ferrocement laminates (HPFL) integraty technique was put forward. Four integrated specimens and six integrated specimens were tested to obtain the out-of-plane flexural strength and shear strength in plane respectively. It is found that the assembled hollow floor slab is not dispersed and collapse by this technique. The integrated floor slab can resist the destruction of part of the wall- support system and horizontal shear under seismic action. The HPFL integration technology is a cheap and efficient integration technology, which is suitable for integration of assembled monolithic precast hollow floor slab in seismic areas and even strong earthquake regions.
