摘 要:对包头稀土弱磁尾矿添加煤、Ca(OH)_2和NaOH,进行了一步法焙烧—弱磁选回收实验研究,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间对弱磁尾矿磁化率的影响以及磁场强度、矿浆流速、矿浆浓度对磁选产品的回收率和品位的影响。研究发现,在焙烧温度650℃,焙烧时间60 min,粗选磁场强度160 m T,精选磁场强度100 m T,矿浆流速0.80 cm/s,矿浆浓度液固比25∶1条件下,可以从全铁品位14.10%,稀土品位9.45%的稀土弱磁尾矿中获得全铁品位57.10%、回收率为70.44%的磁选精矿,REO品位12.27%、回收率为95.92%的磁选尾矿。A process of one- step roasting- low intensity magnetic separation was introduced to weak magnetic rare earth tailings of Baotou with TFe grade of 14. 10% and REO grade of 9. 45% by adding coal,Ca(OH)2 and NaOH. The influences of roasting temperature and roasting time on the rare earth tailings magnetisability were researched. In the experiment of weak magnetic separation,the influences of magnetic intensity,slurry flow velocity and slurry concentration on recovery and grade were investigated. The results showed that the iron concentrate with TFe grade of 57. 10% and recovery of 70. 44% and the tailings with REO grade of 12. 27% and recovery of 95. 92% were obtained under the condition of roasting temperature of650 ℃,roasting time of 60 min,roughing magnetic intensity of 160 m T,refined magnetic intensity of 100 m T and slurry flow velocity of 0. 80 cm / s and slurry concentration( liquid- solid ratio) of 25∶ 1.
