公共图书馆数字资源检索培训的调查与分析——以吉林省图书馆为例

摘　　要：数字资源的利用与建设是现代图书馆服务的重要内容与标志,但目前图书馆用户对数字资源的认识与检索能力难以与资源快速增长的态势相适应,从而导致有的图书馆购置或建设的数字资源出现"零用户"现象,这种现象在用户培训服务尚欠缺的公共图书馆尤其严重。文章以吉林省图书馆为例,对读者进行有关数字资源信息需求与用户培训的调查,分析了公共图书馆在数字资源检索培训服务方面存在的问题,从实现用户与图书馆的共赢、宣传到位、重在培训前的"培训"、谋划分层培训等方面进行了探讨。The use and construction of digital resources are the important content of modern library service, but the users＇ understanding and retrieval ability to digital resources of current library have not adapted to the increase with the rapid growth of resources situation,which results in ＂zero users＂ phenomenon of the digital library resources in some libraries. This kind of phenomenon in the some public library lacking of user training service is particularly serious. The authors takes Jilin Provincial Library as an example and surveys on the users＇ demand for information on digital resource and user training, and then analyzes on the problems about retrieval training service of digital resources in public library. At last,the article discusses them from some aspects,such as the win-win of users and the library,propaganda,focusing on ＂training＂before the training,stratified training.
