摘 要:为了探明转基因抗虫棉种植后棉红铃虫的发生变化,为该类棉田棉红铃虫的防治提供风险评估。2010~2015年于棉红铃虫二代、三代发生期对转基因抗虫棉进行青铃剥查,调查棉铃受棉红铃虫的为害情况,结果显示:随着转基因抗虫棉品种种植年限的增加,棉红铃虫对转基因抗虫棉的耐受性增强,为害棉花的各项指标加重,棉红铃虫发生与为害有加重的趋势,且三代的发生量及危害程度明显高于二代。In order to explore the changes of pink bollworm occurrence after the transgenic Bt cotton planting and provide a risk assessment for the prevention and control of cotton pink bollworm in this kind cotton field,the damage situation of pink bollworm was studied by cutting immature bolls in the maximum occurrence of the second and the third generation of pink bollworm during the year 2010 to 2015.The results showed that the tolerance of pink bollworm to Bt genes increased,with the extension of Bt cotton planting,the injury index and trend of damage were aggravated.Meantime,the occurrence quantity and injury of the third generation was significantly higher than the second generation.
