摘　　要：肺表面活性蛋白A(SP-A)是肺表面活性物质中含量最丰富的蛋白成分,其具有维持肺泡内环境稳态、调节免疫功能等作用,并参与一些肺部疾病的发生、发展过程。近年来,SP-A基因多态性与肺部疾病的关系也日益受到重视。本文就SP-A与肺部疾病关系的研究进展进行综述。Pulmonary surfactant - associated protein A is the most abundant protein of pulmonary surfactant,can maintain the stabilization of homeostasis and adjust the immunologic function,plays an important role in the occurrence and development of some pulmonary disease. In recent years,most clinical studies increasingly attach importance to the relationship between gene polymorphism of pulmonary surfactant - associated protein A and pulmonary disease. This paper reviewed the progress on relationship between pulmonary surfactant - associated protein A and pulmonary disease.
