叉枝鸦葱总多糖、蛋白质及黄酮含量的年动态变化规律研究

摘　　要：为了明确叉枝鸦葱植物地上部分中总多糖、蛋白质与黄酮等三种主要活性成分含量的动态变化规律,确定其最佳采收期,分别采用苯酚-硫酸法、考马斯亮蓝法和亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠比色法测定了总多糖、蛋白质及黄酮的含量。结论表明叉枝鸦葱总多糖、总蛋白质和总黄酮的最佳收获期分别为6月上旬,9月中旬和5月上旬。研究结果可为这些主要生物活性成分的深入研究提供科学依据。In order to investigate the dynamic change rule and the best harvest period of three main active components of total polysaccharide,protein and flavanone in Scorzonera divaricata aerial parts,Sulfuric acid- phenol method method and the coomassie brilliant blue and the Na NO2- Al（ NO3）3- Na OH coloration system method were used to determinate the contents of total polysaccharide,total protein and total flavanone respectively. Results showed that the best harvest period for total polysaccharide,protein and flavonoids were in early June,in the middle of September and in early May respectively. The results will provides the scientific basis for potential application of the three active constituents.
