摘　　要：2005年至2015年数据显示,内蒙古直接利用外资总体规模增长、方式多元、外资母国多样、外商投资产业结构和地区结构有所调整。但总体上明显落后于上海等沿海发达地区,主要问题集中于引入外资质量较低和产业结构严重失衡两方面。因此,结合2005年以来上海的外资发展战略和"十三五"期间丝绸之路经济带建设政策,在现有基础上逐步提高外资质量、调整优化外商投资产业结构将是未来五年内蒙古外资的发展核心。In the past ten decade, the overall size of Inner Mongolia FDI increased, diverse joint - venture companies set up, and more developed countries are investing in Inner Mongolia. To a certain degree,the economic structure has been adjusted. However, big differences still exist between Inner Mongolia and developed area, etc. Shanghai. The main issues focuses on the lower quality and imbalance structure of Inner Mongolia FDI. To solve problems, the paper puts forward some advice, referring to the development strategy of Shanghai FDI in 2005 and the Silk Road economic construct policy.
