市场环境下内蒙古武术组织机构改革问题思考

摘　　要：内蒙古武术,如何在市场环境下通过组织机构的改革创新,寻求本体组织的快速发展,已成为业内人士备受关注的焦点。当今制约内蒙古武术发展的瓶颈为:武协诸多职能闲置、竞赛活动单一,不能满足大众参赛需求、赛事缺乏市场运行机制。为此,"十三五"时期的武术事业发展,必须深入贯彻党的十八大五中全会中指出的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五个发展理念。内蒙古武术首先要创新制度、强化组织机构管理、增进武术与社会各界的协调发展、坚持绿色健康的武术健身活动,开放武术资源与社会共享。又要利用互联网增强会员间的凝聚力、提升本体组织在市场经济中的竞争优势、触动武术竞赛活动依托市场协调发展、让改革红利置身于每位武术爱好者、从而完善市场环境下内蒙古武术组织机构的健全发展,掀起内蒙古全民武术运动新浪潮。How to achieve rapid development through reform and innovate organization structure of Wushu in Inner Mongolia has drawn a lot attention from professionals. At present, the factors that restrict Wushudevelopment in Inner Mongolia include idle functions in Wash association, single choice of competition, dissatisfaction of the public demand, and the lack of market operation mechanism of the event. For these reasons, Wushucareer development during the 13th Five -Year Plan must carry out the following five developments philosophy includinginnovation, harmonious,green,open and sharing put forward in the fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC National Congress. Inner Mongolia Wushu is supposed to create system, coordinate mutual development of the organization and other society industries, improve the organization management, encourage green health fitness activities and share the resources of Wushu. At the same time, we should use Internet to strengthen the cohesion between members, promote self organization competitive advantage in the market economy, promote the coordinated development of Wushu competition, make every martial arts enthusiastbenefit from the reform dividends by depending on the market, and thereby improve the healthy development of Inner Mongolia Wash organizations under the market environment, set off a new wave of Inner Mongolia Wushu movement.
