数字化出版背景下的高校学报编务工作变革

摘　　要：高校学报是学术期刊的重要组成部分,学报编务工作是编辑工作的重要支持系统。在数字化出版的要求下,高校学报编务工作也产生了变革,对编务工作人员的思想、技能、工作内容等都提出了新要求,促使着编务工作在学术期刊数字化进程中的改革与创新。University journal is an important component of academic periodicals and editing work is an important supporting system for editors ＇ work. To meet the requirement for digital publishing, editing work of university journals is reforming too, which raises new requirements for editor＇s idea, skills and working content. It urges reform and innovation for editing work in the digitalization of academic periodicals.
