摘  要:目的探讨贝前列素钠对肺源性心脏病肺动脉高压患者心功能及血气指标的影响。方法选取收治的肺源性心脏病肺动脉高压患者136例,依据治疗方法将患者分为贝前列素钠治疗组68例和常规治疗组68例,对2组患者的心功能及血气指标进行统计分析。结果贝前列素钠治疗组患者总有效66例(97.1%),高于常规治疗组的52例(76.5%),2组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺动脉压(SPAP)低于常规治疗组(P<0.05),LVEF显著高于常规治疗组(P<0.05),Sa O2、Pa O2显著高于常规治疗组(P<0.05),Pa CO2显著低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论贝前列素钠能够有效改善肺源性心脏病肺动脉高压患者的心功能及血气指标。Objective To investigate the influence of beraprost sodium in cardiac function and blood gas analysis indexes of pa- tients with pulmonary heart disease and pulmonary hypertension. Methods 136 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease and pul- monary hypertension were randomly selected and treated in our hospital. The patients were divided into beraprost sodium treatment group (n = 68 ) and conventional treatment group (n = 68 ) and the treatment methods ,the cardiac functions and blood gas analysis indexes of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total treatment effective rate of the beraprost sodium treatment group 97.1% (66/68) was significantly higher than the conventional treatment group 76.5% (52/68) (P 〈 0.05 ), the SPAP was significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 ), the LVEF was significantly higher ( P 〈 O. 05 ), the SaO2, PaO2 were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ), the PaCO2 was signifi- cantly lower than the conventional treatment group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Beraprost sodium can effectively improve cardiac function and blood gas analysis indexes of patients with pulmonary heart disease with pulmonary hypertension.
