摘　　要：生物黏附性材料的黏附效果直接影响到制剂在体内的释放度效果,通过对各个种类和特性的生物黏附性材料及生物黏附的机理进行较为系统的分析,对生物黏附制剂、影响生物黏附性的因素、生物黏附性的测定方式、生物黏附性材料在药剂学上的应用以及对理想生物黏附材料的应用得到一定认识,甚至探索它们更为广阔的应用前景。The adhesion effects of biological adhesive materials directly infl uence drug release in vivo. This paper systematically analyzed biological adhesive materials of different types and characteristics and their mechanism, and got some knowledge about their preparation methods, infl uence factors, determination methods, applications in pharmacy and their ideal applications.
