公安思想政治教育网络话语权现状分析

摘　　要：互联网+时代,为了真正占领公安民警网络思想政治教育阵地,"牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权和主导权",就必须切实拥有公安思想政治教育的网络话语权。因此,探讨如何构建公安思想政治教育的网络话语权,是公安机关当前面临的紧迫任务和重大课题,为此,中国人民公安大学"公安思想政治教育网络话语权研究"课题组赴多地公安机关进行实地调研,本文根据课题组实地调研资料,在全面梳理我国公安思想政治教育网络话语权现状的基础上,认为近年来我国公安机关思想政治教育网络话语权建设虽然取得一定成绩,但是还存在建设质量不高、规范化水平有待提升等突出问题,进而从经费投入、人才培养、完善设计、规范管理等方面提出了加强和改进公安机关思想政治教育网络话语权建设的具体建议。In the Internet plus age, to occupy the police network ideological and political education position and firmly grasp the ideological work leadership and initiative, we must master the network voice of police ideological and political education. So, how to master the network voice is a urgent task and important topic police facing now. For this purpose,Chinese People＇s Public Security University ＂Analysis on Present Situation of Network Voice about Police Ideological and Political Education＂ research team has gone to many public security organs to carry out field investigation. Basing on combing the current situation and according to the research on the basis of field investigation data, this paper argues that although in recent years our country＇s network voice building of police ideological and political education has been obtained certain achievements, but there are still some outstanding problems, such as the construction quality is not high and the standardization level needs to be promoted. Then, some specific suggestions from the funds investment, talents cultivation, perfect design, standardization of management are proposed to strengthen and improve network voice about police ideological and political education.
