基于产业地理的新兴产业用地空间布局方法研究——以广州市白云区为例

摘　　要：基于区域产业基础特征构建区域新兴产业选择技术,并从产业链、产业集聚和区域特征对新兴产业空间布局的影响出发,通过设置产业链整合、产业集聚和产业结构优化三大目标,构建了新兴产业用地空间布局方法.以广州市白云区为例,结合白云区区域特征,制定了白云区新兴产业优选方案,提出了白云区新兴产业用地的空间布局优化路径.Since emerging industries have the characteristics of strategic,innovative and affective,the space layout planning should consider the upgrading ability and impetus ability of regional industries.Based on the characteristics of emerging industries and the theories of industrial distribution,the paper has proposed a method of emerging industries selection and industrial layout,with a particular emphasis on the important roles played by industrial relatedness,industrial agglomeration and regional factors.With the proposed method,this paper take Baiyun District as an example to figure out a rational plan for the selection and industrial layout of emerging industries.
