摘　　要：喷淋式饱和器生产自动化程度低,饱和器加酸和补充母液均靠人工完成。介绍了一种基于DCS控制的满流槽自动补母液设计,实现了饱和器自动补充母液,提高了生产效率和生产稳定性。The automation level of spray type saturator is low, so acid adding and mother liquid making up to the saturator are carried out manually. This paper introduces a design for automatic making up of mother liquid by overflow trough which is controlled by DCS,so as to realize automatic making up of mother liquid to the saturator. Therefore the production efficiency and stability are improved.
