农户生产技术效率的空间环境效应研究——基于DEA-VRS-HLM模型的检验

摘　　要：经济空间一体化架构下,基于3省15个乡镇649份农户数据,利用DEA-VRS-HLM模型,实证检验了空间环境对农户生产技术效率的影响效应。研究结果表明,对农户技术效率作用效应上,教育和技术是显著的正向预期因子,而年龄和外出务工时间是显著的负向预期因子,农户层次变量的作用效应被乡镇层次变量解释的比例最多的是外出务工时间的65%,最小的是年龄的45%;乡镇层次变量强化了教育、外出务工时间、技术与农户技术效率间的正向、负向、正向关联关系,而弱化了年龄与农户技术效率间负向作用效应;地理环境对农户技术效率的提升影响上,年龄和外出务工时间变量在黑龙江和甘肃作用效应更大,而教育和技术在湖南发挥的作用效应更大。Under the economic space integration framework, this article makes an empirical test of the impact of spatial en- vironment on farmers＇ producing technical efficiency by using DEA-VRS model and HLM model of spatial environment, based on 649 micro data from 15countiesof 3 provinces. Results show that in farmers dimension variable impacting on farm- ers＇ producing technical efficiency, education and technology are significant positive factors, while the age and migrant workers time are significantly negative factors. The variation of farmers dimension effect in the villages dimension from high to low in turn is technology, migrant workers time, education and age. The proportion explained by village level variables is largest 65% in migrant workers time and smallest 45% in age. Villages dimension variables strengthen the effect in positive association relationship of education and farmers＇ producing technical efficiency, in negative association relationship of mi- grant workers time and farmers＇ producing technical efficiency, and in positive association relationship of technology and farmers＇ producing technical efficiency. That weakens the effect in negative association relationship of age and farmers＇ producing technical efficiency. The promotion effect on age and migrant workers time to farmers＇ producing technical effi- ciency is more favorable in Heilongjiang Province and Gansu Province. However, the promotion effect on education and technology to farmers＇ producing technical efficiency is more favorable in Hunan Province.
