摘  要:针对当前挥发性有机物(VOCs)检测设备管线组件泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术中的编码问题,采用拍照法进行组件识别,解决了非工艺检测人员难以根据管道工艺流程图(PID图)对泄漏组件进行编码的重大难题。鉴于目前国内VOCs检测团队多由非工艺人员完成,拍照法具有很大的应用前景。通过将采用红外定性设备与定量监测设备的监测结果进行比对,证实当前智慧LDAR(smart LDAR)检测方法不能完整呈现企业实际VOCs的排放情况,不推荐采用此法对石化行业开展LDAR工作。For the coding problem of the leakage detection and reparation (LDAR) technology for the pipe- line components of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) detection equipment, this paper introduces photo- graphic technique to identify the leak components, which solves the problem that it is difficult for non- process monitoring engineers to code the leak components. Photographic technique has broad application prospect because of the lack of process engineers in the VOCs monitoring group. The paper compares the results of using infrared qualitative device and that of employing quantitative equipment, which indicates that smart LDAR can't fully present the real situation of VOCs emissions,so it's not recommended to carry out LDAR progress in the petrochemical industry using this method.
