关于高等学校化学类实践性教学工作的思考与探讨

摘　　要：笔者根据自身在高校化学类实践性教学工作中的经历,对目前高校化学类实践性教学工作中需要加强和改进的地方进行了思考。主要从对实践性教学重要性的认识、实践性教学场所和仪器设备的管理、师资队伍的建设三个方面进行了探讨与分析。笔者认为要从对实践性教学队伍的定位、突出实践性教学在学生培养过程中的作用以及引入智能化管理系统等方面着手对高校实践性教学工作进行改革。According to the experiences about the chemical practical teaching in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology,the points should be reinforced and reformed for practical teaching were considered and discussed. The main contents included the recognization on the practical teaching importance,the management about the teaching places and equipments and the construction of teaching staff. It was proclaimed that the standing of the teaching staff,the effects of the practical teaching on the training for the students,as well as the introducing of the intelligentized management system,should be emphasized for solving the involved problems.
