天津自贸实验区融资租赁发展情况分析

摘　　要：融资租赁作为一种融资工具,其交易规模仅次于银行信贷。融资租赁产融结合的特征与天津自贸试验区服务实体经济的方向是一致的。自天津自贸实验区获批起,天津融资租赁业发展迎来新机遇,自贸区发展融资租赁的优势与劣势并存。该怎样利用优势、正面突破劣势是当前天津自贸实验区融资租赁业健康发展重点要解决的难题。在深入探讨天津自贸实验区融资租赁业发展现状的基础上,剖析了天津自贸实验区融资租赁业高速发展过程中出现的问题,提出天津自贸实验区融资租赁业创新发展的对策。As a financing tool, the transaction size of financial leasing is only next to bank credit. The characteristics of financial leasing are congruent with the characteristics of the Tianjin free trade area which is oriented in serving the real economy. Since the permission of Tianjin FTA, the development of financial leasing industry ushered in new opportunities in Tianjin. However, the advantages and disadvantages of the FTA development are coexisted. The difficulty lies in how to use the advantages and to avoid disadvantages to make sure a positive development of financial leasing in Tianjin FTA. Based on the in-depth study and the list of financial leasing problems during the process of rapid development in Tianjin FTA, the paper puts forward some effective countermeasures for financing leasing industry＇s innovation and development.
