摘　　要：供给侧改革旨在提高供给体系的质量和效率,进一步激发市场活力和社会创造力。知识产权质押融资是解决创新创业型企业融资难的重要途径之一,对供给侧改革目标的实现起着促进作用。本文基于供给侧改革的要求和知识产权质押融资的现状,从知识产权质押融资流程出发,剖析了流程中存在的风险,进而提出知识产权质押融资风险防范的具体路径,以期对供给侧改革目标的实现有一定帮助。Supply-side reforms aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of the supply system,and stimulating market dynamism and social creativity.Intellectual property mortgage financing is one of the important ways to solve the finanring difficulties of innovation and entrepreneurial enterprises,and playing a facilitating role to achieve the supply-side reform goals.Based on the requirements of supply-side reform and the current situation of intellectual property pledge financing,the paper analyzing the risks from the process of intellectual property pledge financing,and then making specific path of intellectual property pledge financing risk prevention,in order to achieve the supply-side reform goals.
