摘　　要：针对8m^10m直径级盾构机在城际铁路隧道施工中的管片快速吊运需求,设计了一种由重载大坡度管片吊机、管片卸载器组成的管片吊运系统,完成了样机研制与工业性试验。本管片吊运系统具备管片一次卸载吊运功能,可直接沿12°斜坡轨道将重型管片从卸载位置吊运至管片拼装位置,具有施工迅速、自动化程度高的特点,并成功应用在广珠城际铁路珠海横琴隧道工程的国产ZTE8800土压平衡盾构机上。According to the demands of 8m - 10m diameter grade shield machine in intercity railway tunnel construction segment fast lifting, the segment hoisting system consisting of a heavy large slope segment crane and segment unloader are designed, the prototype development and industrial test are completed. This system have one time unloading and lifting function, and can directly lift segment from the unloading position to the segment assembly position along the rail ramp 12° with rapid construction and high degree of automation features. They are successfully applied in domestic ZTE8800 EPB shield machine for Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity railway tunnel project in zhuhai hengqin.
