摘　　要：盾构机是富水地层中建设隧道工程的主要施工装备,其卵石处理装置的卵石破碎搅拌能力对整机掘进速度至关重要。介绍了盾构机卵石处理装置的多种主要结构和原理,针对性设计了一种卵石处理装置的新结构,并在富水砂卵砾石地质施工中得到应用。应用标明该装置充分满足了盾构卵石处理能力的适应性且提高了盾构掘进速度。Shield machine is the main construction equipment in the construction of tunnel engineering in water rich strata. The gravel crushing and mixing ability of the pebble treatment device is very important to the driving speed of the whole machine. In this paper, the main structure and principle of the shield machine pebble treatment device are introduced. A new structure of pebble treatment device is designed and used in tunnel including rich water and sand gravel, the application results fully meet the adaptability of the shield and the processing capacity of the shield and increase the speed of the shield tunneling.
